Lay on Left Side or Right side during flush?
Forum: Liver Flush Support Forum
I have heard that if you have calcified stones you should lay on the left side to allow gravity to help them move out. But if you have cholestorol stones the right side is better.
Any comments or personal experiences to share either way?
