Just curious to see if anyone has tried this. It's from the Blood Type diet (type B). I am embarking on this diet and am going to try this every morning.
The recipe is 1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil, 1 Tablespoon lecithin granules, and 6-8 ounces of fruit juice. It contains high levels of choline, serine, and ethanolamine (phospholipids).
He doesn't go into the effects at the cellular level and I am just learning about the benefits of flaxseed oil so I thought I'd give it a try. The lecithin emulsifies the oil so it's supposed to be palatable.
