Ok, so, I've been taking
I've cut 99% of Sugar
out of my diet.
I have never been a "only eat raw veggie" person - I'm a carnivore. However, since I did the Master Cleanse, my food intake has decreased significantly, including my meat intake. I do eat veggies with every meal except breakfast (oatmeal).
I use soy milk, but do on occasion have cheese (dairy).
Question is, will this "diet" negate the effects of the
? Is there more I could be taking to help (I've added garlic and onion to my diet whenever I can)?
I haven't seen anything noticable in my stools, including no eggs, and I've been on the
now almost 2 weeks.
Am I just wasting my time and effort here?
