One more thing on the vinegar, stay away from any peppers soaked in vinegar, just eat the raw peppers. You can even get the cayenne pepper supplements. Also you can use curry, pepper and garlic in your steamed veggies, another really good thing to eat.
And another important matter, when you are on your week of abstaining from the para products, the one week break, get some good yogurt that reads live cultures on the label, and eat this to replenish your intestinal tract. Absolutely no yogurt with sugars, additives
or fruits added. If you have a hard time taking yogurt put it in a blender with cranberry juice (100% no sugars added) and some frozen blueberries and raspberries. It's really good that way! ;-)
