Regarding my rice cooker-
I guess it's more like a 3-4 cup, rice STEAMER-
that I purchased for a whopping 15 bucks at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
But it does the trick-
Didn't know quinoa was an incomplete protein-
I will add some beans...
Trader Joe's actually has a great 17 Bean soup with a great recipe on the bag. delish!
Millet- that was the one I couldn't remember.
I remember eating the Millet cereal- but then I read that there was wheat in it- so I stopped.
KAMUT- is good- I purchased the hot cereal. Like a cream of wheat/wheatina... buttery, and yummy. I add a little syrup and cinnamon. also very good-
