Sorry, I exaggerated, it was just the first two weeks of no veggies and then the next two weeks is what, like two allowed carbs and that's it? It's still limiting one's nutrients tremendously! It's not possible to get all your vitamins and minerals on such limited fare. Veggies and grains, that's where the good stuff is, the stuff we can't manufacture ourselves. :)
but doing it for 2-4 weeks won't hurt too bad I suppose, as long as you do things to be more alkaline afterwards.
