C-Salts as vitamin c?
My name is Alex me and my wife are really interested in taking vitamin C. Just curious if c-salts form of vitamin c is better than sodium ascorbic srystals.
Here is a quote from a site selling this stuff.
"The BEST form of vitamin C I have found is called C-SALTS, an effervescent powder that is non-acidic and sodium-free. It's made by Wholesale Nutrition" says Andrew Weil, MD, in "Natural Health, Natural Healing", p.340. AND AGAIN, 7 years later in 1997, Dr Weil, in "8 Weeks to Optimum Health" [pages 57 and 253], recommended C-Salts, stating it was the vitamin C product he liked to use himself.
PLease let me know your opinion, should I go with th eCsalts or the sodium ascorbic srystals.
