I did overdo it on the nuts and seeds. I haven't snacked on them in a while, and I didn't eat much that day so I was trying to get some minerals I might have been lacking that day. I have eaten them in the past in large quantities (yea, I know, not good) without a problem, but have been refraining from this habit lately.
I've been on a raw vegan diet for 9 weeks after transitioning from a 21 day oj fast. Maybe it's time to do another one?
My goals are to reverse any harm I've done to my body my entire life. (Hopefully, I'm not making it worse). Vaccinations, fillings from childhood, braces, anti-biotics, pain-killers, alcohol, MDMA, red bull, etc. etc.
I've never had an illness where I had to be hospitalized, but I had bad constipation problems around 7 and 8 years old, with constant upset stomach. Also, allergic rashes all over my body every year until today.
My father had severe variose veins and his mother died of a liver disease. I want to strenghten my circulatory system and keep my liver healthy. My mother has always considered me a weak and delicate child.
I have hemorrhoids and bleeding gums that I think are due to years of constipation and weak veins from my father.
I'm trying to retrack all my steps and get rid of all these problems so I don't have to run into them years down the line. I'm not obsessed, but I have a strong will, and want to gain optimum health through proper diet and nutrition. Hopefully, I will be able to help others one day. Curezone I guess is a good start.
