I don't like the 'my way is the right way' attitude towards diet either. Mayve there's a berry or something that would calm some vegans and rawfoodies down when debating these issues. Even David Wolfe calmed down from that whole 'raw is law' trip. I take fish oil and borage oil and I feel great, esp. in the area of menstrual flow and post-exercise recovery. I ate something that had Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in it (it wasn't labeled) and I took three fish oil caps and my brain calmed down enough to sleep. I could spend a fortune on NuTru veg oil and wait to see if my body can convert it to DHA but I'm skeptical of vegan oil.
