I have been told I have a Hiatel Hernia, I am 45 years old and work out daily running 6-9 miles a day plus do over 700 situps daily. I get a pounding in my diaphram area, it felt like a heart attack. Had 3 stress tests and all the related heart tests, they all came back negative. Have had a couple of Endoscopies, the doctor said I had a hiatel hernia, it is very frustrating, anytime I workout it pounds in the diaphram area and never seems to get better but nevers seems to get any worse either.
