Ive been doing the candida cleanse for approximately two months with threelac, caprylic acid, acidophillus, P & B shakes, L-Glutamine and rigidly following the candida diet with some minor accidental dietry blips on the way. I am now adhering specifically to the diet.
Furthermore on my journey ive decided to go the whole hog and cleanse the intestines from mucoid plaque.
This brings me on to my questions:
Does anyone know for sure whether candida in the intestines is either a white 'cotton wool' type appearance or whether it can in fact be of this appearance and in the rhizoid fungal appearance - ie a long 'root' like fungus typically brown in colour with the ability to attach itself to the intestainal wall and consequentally cause leaky gut?
Also, does anyone know how long a person should take all the above supplements before ceasing. I refer in particular to L-Glutamine for rebuilding the intestinal wall. I recieved a post from someone recently who said approximately two months, is this so?
