Andreas Moritz mentions in one of his books that taking only water for 3 days will cause the yeast will retreat back into the lining of the gut. Sounds logical to me. Has anyone tried this?
I have done 31 liver flushes, doing 32nd tonight. While I am much better than I used to be I still cannot fully shake this. Most days I feel great, but then some days I feel the symptoms creeping back in. For me this is a spacey feeling, no energy, no stamina, tight muscles in neck and shoulder on the right side mostly - on the bright side, I used to feel like this EVERY single day. I have done many anti-fungals, probiotics, kefir, etc. I have done many Colosan Bowel Cleanses and 12 colonics over the last 3 months, parasite cleanse, kidney cleanses, etc. Diet is good, but have not tried the strict anti-candida diet. I would rather fast for 3 days if there is a possibility that it will work rather than a long-term super strict diet which seems unrealistic for me personally.
I have improved many things through liver/gallbladder flushing, these include:
-no more IBS
-no more fibrocystic breasts (one of the first improvements I noticed very early on)
-coating on tongue very thin now and retreating toward the back
-better short-term memory
-attention span lengthened
-irregular menses straightened out
-reduction in puffy face (I literally look different!)
-energy level up
-easier to manage weight
-better bile flow - I can actually hear it when I eat fat!
-2-3 BMs per day instead of 1 or none
-ph used to be 6.0 to 6.5, now it is usually 6.75 to 7.5.
I am at this point where I am either GREAT or really BAD. It is so hard mentally to feel great one day and then it all comes crashing back. It's wearing me down.
I would love any and all input on my situation and any thoughts on the 3 day fast.
One note...for those wondering if you have Candida Overgrowth ...I can count on one hand the number of times I have taken anti-biotics in the last TEN years (none in the past 5 of those years). These 3-4 times were 7-10 day rounds for sinus/colds. I also never get vaginal yeast infections. However, I did take the pill for many years (been off for at least 5 years). Add in a poor diet, not enough exercise or water and VOILA!
I plan on continuing to flush as Andreas also says that as long as there are stones, candida will not keep itself in check. I am just running out of patience after almost 2 years. Until my last flush, I was down to around only getting out 10 or so stones each time, then my last one I got probably 50. But I will not quit!
Thanks for reading this and, again, any input would be appreciated.
