Since the most unpleasant effect of candida infestation for me is multiple food sensitivities, I have to avoid the foods which create allergic reactions AND the foods that foster candida growth. It is a nearly an impossible task unless I eat only certain proteins and a few green and/or non starchy vegetables.
The spectrum of the foods allowed is very limited and I dread introducing new foods due to possible serious allergic reactions.
Also I noticed usual probiotics like yogourt (sugarless) seem to have become allergenic. I feel I am in a Catch 22 situation. Anybody had to deal with a similar situation?
