So, I am finishing my first day of what I planned to be a 14 day MD. I feel hungry and headachy and not sure if I want to do this again. I htink I'll just go to sleep!
I'm back to wondering *why* I am doing this even though I know the answer.
Plus I am eager to start a new food routine and am tempted to just dive into it, rather than doing the fast first.
I guess I need some cheerleading.
