You are so alert, which tells me that you are not in any distress.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Most of stuff you experienced is very common, such as feeling cold, headaches, sleeplessness, which are part of detoxing. I have never experienced nausea at all ever, rashes I have all the time, this fast the rashes are very minor. Thanks for letting us know about female issues during a fast, because I don't have enough knowledge of that, my wife never fasts.
Great detailed post of your experience.
I know you are an experienced faster, however, I would like to point out a few things.
No thootpaste, no chewing gum even for a second, no perfumes and chemicals in soaps and shampoos, NO DRUGS. These are are all enervating not only during a fast but when we are not fasting.
I like when you say you want to cry, watch some youtube videos or a movie that will make you cry, it is very important that you cry because that is a strong feeling you have.
BTW, we are all alone, there are very few relationships that are built on true love and not a selfish need.
From here on please make sure that any major discomfort you experience you need to brake your fast.
