Milk thistle is excellent but possibly coriander seed herb powder could be better, and also an herb called guduchi.
If you find yourself ready to try more fats at some point perhaps try avocado on an empty stomach. Or something like 1 teaspoon of a good quality olive oil (not so easy to find due to rampant fraud).
You might fine tune the juicing recipe to add in ginger, lemon (organic whole with peel), or turmeric. Limonene in the lemon peels plus the essential lemon oil is a very aggressive dissolver of cholesterol.
Another good one to try alone is pomegranate juice made fresh with a $1 plastic lemon juice squeezer.
