Thanks for your advice archus time, appreciate all feedback.
The purpose of the walking was to depleat the glucose in my system and to ease transition into Ketosis. I didn't prepare for this at all so it seemed the best thing to do. I also have a very active job, it's extremely hot at the moment and I'm sweating a lot so I have only been drinking when I'm thirsty, really. I haven't been forcing water down my throat.
I was advised that, as MCT oil is not really digested and sent straight the liver meant I wasn't breaking my fast. I'm not that into it though so I'll probably cut it and see how I go.
I don't really see the point of drinking warm water, is there any Science on that? It's too hot here at the moment I would struggle.
I rest up in the evening and am in bed for 7/8 hours but it's broken sleep mostly so I can't image I'm getting any R.E.M. sleep. Hopefully the duration I can sleep for will improve over time.
I thought I chose carefully with the water, Evian seems to have the best PH at 7.5 but I'm open to other products. My tap water is crap and I don't have a distiller, any remonedations would be appreciated 👍👍
