Remember, Eczema and your other symptoms are very often a reaction to something, and that something is very often something your put in your mouth, like food, toothpaste, mouthwash, cosmetics, braces etc ...
That is just one of the reasons why you are now free from all of your symptoms.
But, it may not last once you strat eating foods again!
You may re-introduce in your diet the same foods or cosmetics that actually triggered some of your symptoms before this fast.
After the fast, apply principles of Elimination-Rotation Diet , to exactly pinpoint what foods or drinks (or anything else) you react to!
If you can stay away from those items, you can be eczema free the rest of your life!
And, you will never again need medications to control your eczema.
Commonly, it is gluten, milk, soy, eggs, nuts, grains, citrus fruit, food additives , preservatives , sugar, alcohol, tomatoes and berries that trigger eczema in over 80% of eczema suffereres.
But, your case may be different.
There are people who react to plastic used for packaging and storung foods.
There are people who react to bananas.
There are people who react to meat purchased in a supermarkets, but not to meat from a butcher.
Anyway, be extra careful when consuming those foods, and also be extra careful when consuming any food you did not make from scratch in your own kitchen. It just might contain something that may trigger your eczema again.
To keep your weight down, eliminate all milk and all Sugar and all grains from your diet, and you will loose all your extra weight.
Your experince with Water Fasting so far was rather extreme, and not very pleasant, but it was like that most likely because you may have used a lot of artifical hormones and antibiotics and possibly some other medications during your life (corticosteroids).
