You are doing everything right.
Continue for the next 6 (I'm assuming you're going 10) days.
It is recommended to go AT LEAST 10 days.
You may decide to go longer once you reach that goal.
You'll have to see how you feel.
I'm on Day 4 as well.
Feeling pretty good- with the exception of some uncomfortable leg aches-
but nothing to really complain about.
I'm happy that I got through Days 1 and 2 without the caffeine withdrawal-headaches that I usually get.
