To be honest, my diet is mediocre. Sometimes my depression reaches such heights that I feel the need to cope by eating meats, dairy, carbs, and sugar.
But now I think a diet change is more than necessary. I've succeeded with it before; I just need faith again that it would help me, and you've certainly helped with that. For now, though, Watermelon sounds like the best option, since with this I won't have to go through the pains of deciding what to eat in my disordered state. When I feel better, I'll start on a raw foods diet.
So far I am alternating between lemon water and water with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. I'm also trying to make coffee enemas a daily habit.
