I water fasted for 14 full days. Last friday i broke my fast with some Watermelon and oranges. I felt nauseus after. So i tried some v8 veggie juice and broth on saturday. I felt better...but then the nausea came back on sunday and so i drank a cup of v8 juice that was cold. I still felt nauseus so i drank a sip of club soda. A few minutes after i threw up every thing through my nose as well. So i ate some brocolli on sunday and noticed that i have severe shortness of breath and tightness in my chest and neck muscles. It was so bad that i cried a few times. I went to a doctor and she told me to take pills for heartburn and when i asked her about my breathing she said that it is just stress. I have experinced plenty of stress but nothing like this. I was reading about gastroparesis and felt i had some symptoms. I am going to ask her to send me to a gi doctor bc i feel bloated as well. I ate like 3 cups of brocolli on sunday and until today i am unable to breathe properly. I am unable to concentrate. Even though i told her i feel anxious because of this she did not give me anything for it. If i want some breathing exercises i could look on youtube and i certainly dont need her to be telling me oh it is just stress, just take deep breaths, blah. It is interfering with my life and i am only 26 years old. Could it be i stopped the fast too early and fungi are causing this? I don't feel like myself. I just dont know what i can do to help myself. I went from 211.5 to 189.5 but now i just want to feel normal again.
