    Hi,

I was under the impression that people with Adrenal Fatigue are all slow oxidizers.

Clearly, I'm mistaken as several people in the group have said they are fast oxidizers.

Can someone explain this? I thought the idea was to move from being a slow oxidizer towards becoming either a mixed oxidizer, or a fast oxidizer, and that that would mean the end of AF.

So how can you be a fast oxidizer and still have AF?

    Thanks

    Ricky
