The only Olive Leaf Extract at my health food store (Nature's Plus) also contains purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid and potassium sorbate. There are more food additives in this extract than there are in my daily diet.
I'm thinking this means the product will be ineffective towards obtaining my optimum health, but it may be better than not taking it at all.
I'm trying to get rid of a bout of shingles symptoms and the virus which is causing a considerable amount of discomfort and needs immediate attention.
I'd rather buy some from MH but don't have the dough right now-any suggestions?
