I'm just curious what some of your experiences have been in first taking the Endo met supplements.
I have already started taking the fish oil and the endo veggies. So far so good with these two although I have not yet reached the full recommended dose with the endo veggies.
Anyway, I've got limcomin, paramin, GB-3, Megapan, and zinc that I will be taking, kelp at the end of this too.
I'm curious for a sensitive body, what would be the best one to take first, or this totally individual i suspect?
I was going to take limcomin next because it seems pretty basic, that or megapan.
I'm wondering if introducing one supplement at a time is still the best thing to do here.
