Hey, just to let you know the psychiatrist that I saw said that the reason I had the reaction to Lexapro that I did was because I have low iron levels, and that he doesn't prescribe any anti-depressant without checking iron levels. The OCD and anxiety, and depression, Bi-polar are all the same. They have all the same mechanisms which is all just caused by your bodies reaction to inflammation. Depression is just your body acting to being inflamed. You need to get your nutrition in order and know what vitamins and minerals you are lacking in to stop the inflammation before anything will start to get better. It takes a long time to replace minerals and vitamins. Read the post about the doctor that I saw who is a psychiatrist, immunologist, endocrinologist and deals with neurology as well. Look at his recommendations for me and see if you can't get your nutritional levels checked out. Especially Iron!!
