Yes, I did good with Dr.Lam. Dr. prescribes a lot of vitamins, suggests diet (chicken soup, etc.). He does not suggest specifically minerals. However, he suggests a lot of minerals on his web-site under the supplements tab. I started zinc, magnesium etc. When i mentioned this to Dr. Lam, he asked about dosages and then he said: "That's ok."
Dr. Lam's program is not perfect. When I was on vacation, I met a few my university friends. I already mentioned a device that measures stress level. Another friend i met studied biology, dietology, etc. His father was head of physiology dept in a university. We discussed Lam's program, etc. my friend did not agree on Lam's diet.
