I can finally tolerate 2 a day. At first I could not tolerate it at all. Went off for a week or so and re-introduced one at a time and gradually went to two. I did try 3 again and forget it...the head ache came back.
Have you tried to figure out what could be triggering your headaches? I suffered for years with migraines. My trigger foods are Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat)
and orange cheese. I was not a person to take meds to relieve the headaches. Someone told me to use pure white vinegar on a wash cloth and place it on your forehead for a while. I was luck it helped me with head aches.
