I bought a cheap rebounder but after reading this I did not want to cause nerve damage?
"The Cellerciser is a dramatic improvement over the typical hard-bounce rebounders found in most sporting goods stores for a number of reasons, including the fact that these cheaper units can actually cause serious long-term spinal and nerve damage due to their construction and hard bounce. The special material used on the Cellerciser surface does not allow pronation of the feet, so it supports proper alignment and eliminates stress on the feet and legs that can occur with other rebounders."
MH Do you notice any harmful effects of a trampoline or is this just trying to support the product? If so what can I do to prevent injury?
