I've done many cleanses in the past, took herbs for bowel cleansing, fiber (psyllium), probiotics... Nothing helped improve my skin condition (I also have acne). Now I know that psyllium, for instance, isn't good for us.
I've tried changing my diet many times eliminating many things.
The limit i see to do cleanses by taking supplements is that it is not because you eat a supplement which accelerates the elimination of feces, that it will dissolve and remove obstructions (hardened feces, hardenes stones, deposits), and heal irritation.
Also most treatments i have followed with drugs, or herbs, or supplements haven't managed to kill all parasites in all parts of the body.
So yes, there are more tests and improvments to do.
