I am speaking from personal experience. I am not a doctor however I read and review mountains of books and studies.
I am guilty, I am one of those that feels more is better,
(sheepishly raising hand in group setting).
For a handful of years, I have been ingesting:
1500 mg of Mag
5000 mg of C
7000 iu of D3
5000 mcg of inject B12
200 mcg of Selenium
B1, B6, Chromium, Coconut Oil,
Vitamin K, Co Q 10, Vitamin E, A, Maca,
150 mg of Iodine, Ancient Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper, Glutathione, L Arginine, Krill Oil, Cucumine, DHEA, among
others, and I feel and look great. Any and all
adverse health conditions disappeared. High Cholesterol, hypertension, irregular blood profiles, high white blood count, low body temp, rashes, brain fog, bloodshot eyes,
sickness, every and all aliments ceased for over five years now. Not a sniffle, not a cough. I see a doctor once every 90 days to look over my blood profile and he says he has not seen a healthier 48 year old. We keep my D at 80 ng/ml.
I sleep great and have high energy all day.
My protocol is not for everyone, each body is unique and has its own challenges. The above has done wonders for me and I am very happy I took my life back from ill health and from the pharma industry. Weight was reduced naturally as only healthy food looks appealing.
