what if you don't eat three meals a day? (the rule of thumb is meals = Bms, right?) I eat one meal a day, generally, but this is after doing liver flushes, fasting and whole foods re-mineralizing- all of which which has improved my assimilation. I feel better on just one meal, usually dinner.) And have 1-2 BMs a day. Always one, sometimes two.
I've never done the IF#1 or #2. would you suggest I do?
*honestly, I'd have done a lot more, partly for fun, and just to support the good that IS Natural Healing ( and all the work people like you do!) but money has always been a consideration: and this has led me to a lot of creative inventions and inspirations, not to mention life-long study--so I'm NOT complaining...
