They were on the kitchen table, so I was able to see that one of her supplements is magnesium (Spring Valley Natural Magnesium with Chelated Zinc). The serving size is 3 tablets, and gives 400 mg (as magnesium oxide) plus 15 mg of zinc gluconate, but she only takes 1 tablet, so she only gets 133 mg of magnesium from this supplement. How much should she be getting? Also, when I was looking to take magnesium (I stopped when I got a leg cramp after taking it, which didn't come back after I stopped, maybe I am not magnesium deficient, or maybe I was overdosing), I was taking that milk of magnesia + soda water mixture. Would that be a good alternative or addition? I still have some.
