Golly, you really have been given a rough row to hoe! I am so sorry. As to diet, this is my opinion: maybe you should stop trying to follow strict regimens. Maybe - within reason - you should have whatever you like for awhile and see what happens. The worst that can happen is maybe a bit of an increase in strength.
I am not a fan of restricted diets. The only things to avoid are junk, aspartame, coca cola,large doses of refined sugar, etc. But eating from all the categories according to your desire, in moderation - I say, why not? I think if you are deficient from parasites, poor digestion and godknowswhat else, you need all the nutrients you can. At least some will be digested. The less you eat, the fewer minerals, etc. there are to get into your cells.
