Take a large pot(mine is 4 quarts) and fill it with filtered water
Add roughly 2 lbs of organic soup bones
Add roughly 1 tablspn of Braggs apple cider vinegar per quart. So I use 4 tablspns.
Bring to a boil and skim off the imputities that rise to the top.
Turn the heat down and simmer for 24 hours.
Drain off broth and add vegetables and meat that you desire. I eat this almost every day because it is easy to digest and such a super food. I make mine thick like a stew. Very satisfying.
