I really think I am going to stick to the specific carbohydrate diet, and work my way through the elimenations.
What I will also do as an alternative to the metal chelation, is take high doses of probiotics, probably for many months.
This is what the SCD diet suggests. I want to work up to doing juice/vegetable fasts + 15 hours of exercise a week. I have ALOT of confidence for just those two things. They are very effective, they are just very hard to do without a lot of willpower..
Some ideas on good brand/type of probiotic would be appreciated.
