not sure what your liver flushing history has been but it might be as simple as eating more sugars? from good sources like fruit, grain, etc???
i had some similar issues part way through the liver flushing and didn't realize that my body had healed a lot. i had kept up the high fat and protein and was not doing myself any favors.
if that doesn't work then try cinnamon, black pepper as a source of chromium. grind it yourself as pre-ground powders can be very old and moldy. also try ionic or regular chromium/vanadium supplements.
can be very hard to get a handle on, and it is also a dynamic situation where as your body changes either for the better or worse it may be difficult to pinpoint what is going on.
