triphala is a wonderful detox & immune helper. Also bone broth w/extra gelatin added helps heal the digestive tract & also helps w/detox....both are quite gentle as I tend to be very sensitive too & it doesn't overwhelm my system. If I feel overloaded, I just give myself a few days off.
At the moment I'm taking 500mg triphala first thing in the AM & about 4-6oz of broth w/my lunch. I plan on increasing things when I no longer get a full head &/or headache after a few days on my regime w/out a break. Slow & steady wins the race w/this stuff.
