I was considering taking a rinse at night as well as the usual one in the morning searching for a replacement for the laxative tea but decided against it after reading your earlier post.
I am about to start Day 16 and things are going well. My biggest challenge is making sure I drink 6 lemonades a day as I find I get busy and put them off even though I enjoy them. I stopped the laxative tea except for occasional use as it still worries me. I replaced laxative tea with 1200 mg magnesium oxide every other night (I started with 1600mg two nights, next night none). I take the laxative tea 1-2x a week and do not steep it. The last tea did not induce cramping. I just started Bentonite-1 Tbls nightly.
I have been traveling a lot which adds quite a challenge to prepare the drinks and plan bathroom time on the road and in the air. I am about to travel again this weekend for three days but then I am home for a couple weeks. I am committed to at least Day 20+ range, but letting my body be the judge. I am doing this for health reasons but am surprised at how little weight I have lost to date. There are more effective weight-loss diets than this cleanse.
