Forgot to ask:
Is there a general carbs/fat/protein ratio that GAPS recommends? I need to ensure that I am eating balanced and not over-consuming one type of macronutrient, which could lead to major issues. Is this more of a high-fat diet?

basically, 10% carbs, 15% pro, 75% fat. Yikes. Thats a crapload of fat.
