If i may ask, can u post what a typical day's diet looks like for u, then? I've been eating all the wrong foods b/c I'm trying to eat the anti-candida diet, but that diet is high in thiols.
Here is my current diet... how would u tweak it?
-4-6oz homemade veggie juice
-1 rice cake (organic, brown rice, toasted)
-2.5 TB brown rice protein powder mixed with 3/4 TB coconut butter and .5 TB almond butter (made into a spread to put on top of the rice cake)
Stir fry (3oz chicken breast, 3oz avo/pea non-bean "hummus", 4oz steamed veggies, 1 TB VCO, spices like cayenne, black pepper, cilantro, tumeric, Sea Salt
-either 2 jumbo soft boiled eggs (makes me gassy)
-same as meal 1, except no veg juice (and maybe omit rice cake)
same as meal 2, but with turkey
meal 5: same as meal 3
My diet is already very limited....
