i have been on the candida diet for about a month and a half, doing natural anti fungals and probiotics.
I have suffered from chronic eye inflammations for about 12 years, as well as brain fog and low energy
I now have some really good days and really bad day, which is an improvement from all bad. Progress may be due to removing eggs and other common allergens from my diet. However, i am significantly under weight and losing weight on this diet
I would like to continue, but i am not sure if the diet will do more harm than good. Is there another way that doesnt involve starvation?
I would love to hear your stories about how you beat the candida beast to give me some encouragement
