Thanks for all the great advice. I've considered changing my diet up many times but I've deducted that sugars and starches make me very anxious. The one area where I'm improving is ridding myself of the terrible anxiety that I use to have and I give most of that credit to eliminating sugars/simple carbs. I've also had this terrible fatigue for a long while now, well before I eliminated sugars from my diet, so I think they were only making my situation worse (even though my energy levels have not increased at all). And I have experimented with gluten many times, and am sure that i am quite allergic to it. Every celiac test I've ever done has shown up negative but finally a diagnos-techs lab test showed a mild gluten reaction which is confusing because I get violently ill and irritable for days from gluten.
The blood type diet is very interesting and I will look into that further.
Is there any way to know if Amalgams
are contributing/causing these problems without expensive tests? I somehow doubt they are the cause but that's another interesting thing to look into.
What do you recommend for my parasite cleanse? I bought oregano oil yesterday and took 2 pills along with a spoonful of cloves and 2 raw cloves of garlic. Washed it down with chamomile tea. Anything else you'd recommend?
I am trying to get off the meds but am doing so very slowly. i've tried taking big jumps before and it renders me unable to function so i have to be patient. Getting off these meds is the most difficult thing I've ever had to do but believe me, I'm trying every day to get off of the.I'm almost there though! The Effexor was the hard part and now I'm on tiny doses of Wellbutrin and Lamictal so I'll be there soon. Thanks again for the support.
