I am hoping for some advice - i will have been fasting 18 days when it hits my birthday next weds.
The fast has gone really well (i have done lots of fasts in the past) I am taking water and coconut water and ensuring that the calories from the coconut water do not exceed 120 calories per day.
My question is: Can i eat on my birthday - just the one day- and then go back to this fasting or will i totally ruined the past 18 days and in that one day put on as much as i have lost? As you can tell i am really worried about this.
I did plan to celebrate my birthday post fast but the family are refusing to accept this plan.
Any advice on this gratefully received.
