Anybody want to share some ideas about how they make their protein shakes. I haven't been doing dairy at all, except for some bar that my doctor sells that claims to have milk in it. Anyway, I'm hoping that I can tolerate the whey protein powder cause it's the best i hear, particularly because of the amino acid content, and that's what i'm looking for. I'm going to start off very slow and hopefully be ok.
I want to buy some Rice Dream milk. I know it's got some Sugar
and I usually can tolerate about 30 g of Sugar
total in a day. Now i know refined Sugar
is not good. The label claims that it's all natural. I know i know, not everything that says all natural is really all natural. Should I just mix it with some water?
