I think most of us can never fully cure "candida" because we are constantly stressing and attacking some sort of microbe that we think is ruining our lives. I re looked over everyone that has cured themselves and MOST of them had a different approach.
Too many of us including myself are using harsh antifungals, strong acids, and many damaging supplements. Im ditching the ACV, garlic, supps, and any food with any kind of chemical. I think we all just need to give our bodies a break, destress. Now I know this isn't a new concept but many of us on these boards don't follow this.
So I want to start getting a list together of strictly soothing and healing elements.
Heres a few I plan to start using
Diluted Fruit Juices (organic grapes, apples, pears)
Minerals from natural sources
Omega3s from food
Any other ideas would greatly appreciated, and I would like others to try this approach. Nothing that "kills" or nothing that is harsh.
