“The brain itself, including unsettling sights, smells, or thoughts…”
It is most certainly the stench of grapefruit that triggers my vomit-recall, so there can be only one solution to this problem…
“Have you got good uncontaminated "Real olive oil" which is not filtered and looks cloudy?”
I currently use Pietro Coricelli extra virgin, organic olive oil, although this is not particularly cloudy. It seems perfectly clear, in fact. I must admit that the taste does not bother me, and when vomiting (especially two nights ago) it is the high-acidity of the grapefruit juice that causes me so much misery. Two nights ago was the worst I had experienced, as the expelled potion burnt my throat, mouth and lips as it left my body, and even managed to draw tears from my eyes. Do you mind telling me which olive oil you use? It may be wise for me to change juice and oil so as to aid the mind in some small way.
“Do you mix the olive oil and grapefruit together in a shaker to produce a fine emulsion?”
Yes sir, I do. I use a straw and suck the potion up as quickly as I possibly can (ten seconds I would estimate).
I have studied various alternate flushes and have composed what I believe to be the most logical flushing protocol to counter my obvious difficulties. I shall experiment over the coming week, and shall post my results (hopefully positive) as soon as I am able.
I apologize if I have forgotten to address specific points -- it is hard to concentrate when one feels so distant and peaceful. (The ultimate benefit of liver flushing, surely!)
Thank you very much for such a detailed and admirable post, Telman.
