You might also look into foods which have Iodine
in them. Iodine
is good in that it helps the thyroid do its job. A lack of the stuff can cause thyroid problems, which I believe I've been having.
I noticed the problem became noticeably worse when I began chelating with ALA more. I wonder if ALA depletes iodine. Now, I take a little salt every day and the problem has become much less.
