Speaking of Sugar alcohols; I have a pretty bad case of Candida that I’ve been fighting for nearly six months. Normally I use Stevia as my sweetener, but I had read about how Xylitol was fine for Candida and that it also prevented tooth decay. So yesterday I experimented with two packs, very soon after the second pack, I began to have semi-severe reactions to it with my Candida. I’m still experiencing those symptoms this morning. Looks like I won’t be trying that again. If you have Candida, I would advise against giving it a try unless you simply wish to experiment.
