I had some encouraging result so far , increase stamina , concentration etc !
I also had 2 very good day this week end , witch was very nice !
I crashed again yesterday , I am starting to think I have issue with my gut and liver ,,, not so sure.
Do u supplement glutathione ?
For the chocolate , apparently something in caffeine would make it really good for mitochondrial failure. The research are not really advance on the matter but it would be a good hypothesis for why the chocolate is good.
