I love the weston price way of eating but when I'm super ill, like now, nothing works like good ole fast food. It's super fattening and high in sodium and if I can handle carbs then I'm eating it. I'm starting not to be able to handle carbs very well again so today it was chinese. Chicken on a stick and crab rangoons. The wonton wrappers being fried don't seem to affect me like normal carbs. Go to costco's if you have one and get a huge bag of the unbreaded wings. Find a ranch dressing with no soybean oil, or msg or gluten. Hard to find but I found one not long ago and use that as a fat when your having your wings. If you can handle cheddar, which I can not, then buy a big old bag of shredded cheddar from costco, too. Melt a small handful and put like 3 or 4 wings on a plate with the ranch and that is a meal for me. Or atleast use to be when I could tolerate cheddar. You could try mozzarella cheese, too.
